These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store, including T-shirts, accessories, and other merchandise. By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases.
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Products and Availability
- All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display the products and their descriptions accurately, but we do not guarantee that the images, descriptions, or other content on our website are always accurate, complete, or error-free.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including product availability or errors in pricing.
- We may update or discontinue products at our discretion, and you agree to purchase items on the basis of their availability at the time of your order.
- Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are tax-exclusive. Which means sales tax will be calculated at checkout and added to the item price plus shipping costs.
- We accept payment through third party payment providers including Stripe, PayPal and "buy now, pay later" services to bring you multiple payment options.
- Payments must be made in full before an order is processed or shipped. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of the order. (Including sales tax and shipping fees)
- If we discover an error in the pricing of an item after you have placed your order, we will notify you and give you the option to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
- Shipping
(Shipping is only available within the United states of America)
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and verification after the order date with an additional 7-10 business days for delivery (for the lowest cost shipping option). Processing and verification times vary depending on customization, personalization, pre-order, stock availability & back order status. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- You are responsible for full payment of shipping. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If we cannot deliver your order due to an incorrect address, we may charge an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
- Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping option you choose and your delivery address. Unless there is a "Free shipping" Promotion offered by coupon or automatically attached to your order, you are responsible for total cost of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery caused by third-party carriers or other factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
- Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange for the item within 5 days of the receipt of the item
- Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Ineligible Items: Final sale items, intimate apparel, personalized, customized, pre-ordered items, and certain product categories (e.g., perishable goods) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return Options We offer a variety of return options to ensure your convenience. Any of the following is available, but you must indicate what option works best for you when initiating return requests.
- Refund policy: A full or partial refund may be issued to your original payment method upon our receipt and inspection of the item if eligible.
- Store Credit: Receive a store credit for the returned item(s) purchase price if eligible.
- Exchange: Exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal value if eligible.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is liable for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at support@tjsdesignco.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on proceeding.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the RA number and proof of purchase.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5 business days for us to process and inspect your return or exchange.
- Refunds (full or partial) will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days of processing your return if eligible.
- Store Credit will be issued immediately upon completion of processing your return if eligible.
- Exchanges will be sent out to you within 5 business days of processing your return if eligible.

- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

- Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, and product designs, is the intellectual property of TJs Event & Décor, DBA TJ's Design Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
